um no offence i luvs mj but i think he wore wigs for all of dangerouse and invincable era but bad and thriller eras and while back he used moose i guess cause thats wat formed curles and i guess he used a pirm cause u know how the side coner of his head is usually kinda balled but still looks gud and plus when the oben, nach oben of mj's hair was burned of he wore like a wig in the oben, nach oben thats wat im guessing

Yeah but he still had to wash his hair tho whether it was his oder not... He had to keep his hair clean :]
He used wigs oder hair pieces, but not all the time, maybe only in his last years... (?) His hair was a little thin in the front (his dermatologist sagte the hair loss was because of the lupus), so he got his scalp tattooed there. In this picture from June 1999, there’s no sign of a wig. It's easy to see that he has tried to hide the scar after the Pepsi feuer Von combing his hair over it, and backwards (to the pony tail).
