M*A*S*H* Alan Alda to speak at Southern Connecticut State universität

Alan Alda, best-known for his portrayal as Hawkeye Pierce on the landmark TV series M*A*S*H, will deliver the 15th Mary and Louis Fusco Distinguished Lecture - “Things I Overheard While Talking to Myself” - on Friday, May 3 at 7 p.m. at the Southern Connecticut State University John Lyman Center for the Performing Arts.
Throughout his 40-year acting career, Alda has won seven Emmys, six Golden Globes, and three DGA awards for directing. In addition to hosting PBS’s “Scientific American Frontiers” for 11 years, he is the author of two bestselling memoirs.
Regular seating is: $20 for the general public; $15 for SCSU faculty/staff and active SCSU alumni and $10 for students.
Premium seating is $30 in the main sections at the front of the auditorium and a $125 premium ticket includes
a meet and greet reception following the lecture, a photo opportunity, and an autographed book.
