Lost In 4x05, Did Du find it weird when Daniel asked Jack if Desmond had been exposed to electromagnetism, Jack couldn't remember the hatch?

jack wasnt at the hatch so he wouldnt have known if desmond had been exposed to electromagnetism

Desmond wasn't exposed to electromagnetism for being in the hatch for 3 years, he was exposed to it during the explosion, and HE was the one that caused it, so obviously he was exposed to a big amount of it. Jack wasn't there during the explosion of the hatch, and so clearly he doesn't know how it happened, he doesn't know Desmond was the one that caused the explosion and that he was right in the middle of it. So no...
