From what I've read online, it is supposedly someone that has been around since season 1. My bet is on Sayid. Ive seen clips that appear to be Jack,Kate and Sayid being held captive in what looks like the same place Ben was judged Von the smoke monster. If the smoke monster were to judge Sayid, i doubt he would be forgiven. I also read somewhere else that it would come down between Jack,Kate, Sawyer and Juliet but im not sure if i believe that one. IMDB is also handy on occasion, checking to see if the actors/actresses are filming Filme oder other tv shows later in the Jahr - which could mean there obligations to Lost are over.

I'm so afraid that Sawyer might be the one to die!
I thought that Daniel's death may be consiered as the major death of this season. But I read in lots of spoilers that it's going to be a Favorit character's death. I know that people Liebe Dan, but just not as much as they Liebe Sawyer, Jack oder Hurley... if Sawyer dies I'm reakky gonna be pissed off...

I heard it is Juliet. All the magazines (entertainment weekly , tv guide) r saying her..so Juliet Burke I fear we have to bid u adieu....poor sawyer the state and jate trialnge will start again
