Light Me Up is the debut album from American alternative rock band The Pretty Reckless.[7] The lead single from the album, "Make Me Wanna Die", was released on May 13, 2010. The album was released on August 27 in UK.

An EP was released on June 22, 2010. The band decided to release the EP so the Fans could have some songs, while the full album was mastered.

Background:
The record process started in 2008, after Momsen met the producer Kato Khandwala and his partner and songwriter Ben Phillips. Von the summer of 2009, they felt they had found an authentic sound.
