No, I think they were platonic MAY (and its stretching it) have been friends with benefits. I do get the feeling tho Lexi found Lee BEFORE Stefan so she obviously was faithful to him. Personally, I think I prefer them platonic anyways, nice to see a girl-boy friendship that didn't lead to sex or it didn't involve it. Cz there are friendships like that..
