This is how my family makes tea. Warning: This method will produce a lot of tea! So if you're not a big tee drinker ignore this!
And this is definitely not how Alton Brown makes his tea, sorry Alton! (lol)
Anyway,
1. Get a dutch ofen (I did say it'd make a lot of tea) and fill it nearly to the oben, nach oben with water and place on stove oben, nach oben with two teabags clothes pinned to the pot. (use wood, plastic may melt.) *Trust me this will make it easier to get the bags out later.
2. Turn ofen on to six oder low medium. Du want it to steep not boil!
3. Let it sit there for seven Minuten then take it off the heat...
