Well it is sagte over and over in the movie (by Nuka, Zira, Vitani I believe as well as Kovu himself) that Scar isn't Kovu's father. Kovu was 'hand picked' Von Scar to succeed him. Scar isn't his uncle either. That would imply that Zira and Scar were brother and sister which they weren't. Nuka and Vitani are their children so that would mean they'd have some brother/sister incest going on. If anything, Scar is Mehr like a step father oder adoptive father to Kovu. If he was Kovu's father, that would make Kovu and Kiara cousins.

No, Kovu is not Scar's son oder nephew. Nuka oder Vitani are not ether. It was never shown that Zira had a relationship with Scar. Kovu, Vitani and Nuka's father is Mehr likely a rouge lion.
