I'm doing a project for a media course at my university. And I'd like to know:

1. Why/How did you start watching Korean Dramas?

2. Do you have Korean friends?

3. Are you interested in Korean culture and/or would like to visit Korea?

4. What do you like most about Korean Dramas?

5. Where do you watch them? (eg. streaming website, television, dvd)

6. Are they better than American soap operas? If so, why?

5. Your gender, age, location.

Ooo, first response :p
1. I started when I was in high school. Why? Because all of a sudden Korean dramas became extremely popular. So I decided, well, why not give it a try?
2. I do have a few Korean friends.
3. Heck yeah1
4. The humor, "drama" (haha), plot and character development, acting, hot guys and gals...need I say more? xp
5. I used to buy the dvd sets of shows. Now I just watch them online, mostly on hulu!
6. So much better. Who watches American soap operas? No offense. American soap operas just seem like cheap/awkward shows.
