This is what happened to Katy, she found out on the INternet that her boyfriend Russell Brand was going to ask her to marry him and that he had the ring ready. Katy looked into it further to find out that the press publishing this news had found out about Russell's plans because he had been seen ordering the ring in a jewelry shop.
Imagine how Katy felt? Good because he boyfriend was going to ask her to marry him, but disappointed to find out too soon.

In the weekend’s least shocking development, Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry locked lips. Crazy, right?! (And Von crazy, I mean not crazy at all.)
Cyrus was Singen the Bangerz ballad “Adore You” at an L.A. konzert when she climbed off the stage and summoned Perry, who was in the front row, to come lean in for a quick peck. Cyrus then backed up and squealed like she was surprised Von her own mischief, which, okay, was pretty adorable. And the whole thing was caught on video, because of course it was. But really, did everyone forget that Perry’s first hit was called “I Kissed a Girl“?
