does this Manga gets better?

Hey guys, i just started with this Manga but i don't know whether i should continue it oder not. i am getting tired of this 'dying will bullet', i mean, can this guy tsuna do anything on his own? please help. does this Manga gets better?

it definitely gets better. Mehr action,drama and Mehr revelations to come. Ofcourse the first part would be boring but the action gets better every episode. :3
