To start off with Johnny Depp is an amazingly talented actor and is Von all means one of a kind unlike any other.He is bright and intelligent and can just make Du melt!! I loved him in the movie Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Johnny Depp was simply amazing as Sweeney Todd.I mean the way he became his character was simply phenomenal, although it is no suprise considering the fact that he is soo full of talent that no one else can has the ability to poses. I loved him along side Helena Bonham Carter who played Mrs. Lovett. They have amazing chemistry when they are together because they just seem to click. I loved how Mrs. Lovett was willing to do anything for Sweeney Todd even though he did not even seem to notice her inless he needed something. I have to say that I felt bad for her because he just used her for whatever he wanted done. I really did not like the fact that she had soo much Liebe for him and he still ignored her. I have to say that I was shocked that at the end of the movie Sweeney Todd did not forgive Mrs. Lovett but instead killed her.I have to say when he died at the end of the movie I was glad because he deserved it after what he did to her.

stephens He was good.He played that part as a barber who is looking for who did him wrong excellent.His singing.Are you sure he never did sing before.He can whistle good.I get goosebumps when he sing "Pretty Women".

BlueSaphire (Without a doubt)indeed a very talented actor and played his role perfectly loved it but 'curse those reviewers for giving the movie a meisly four star reviw that was by far one of the best movies I have ever scene. though was a bit sad whan he killed his wife and didn,t get two see his douder,I knew the whole thing was coming but, I was still hoping to see a happy sweny before he plunged off the deep end though I supose that would,nt make for much of a movie now would it?

Kalie23 the music is deliciously chilling and romantic. I bought the sountrack right after seeing the movie.

im_a_scrape He sang better than I thought he would. Helena was friggin' awesome! Couldn't have picked anyone better for the role. I mean I know she is married to Tim Burton and everything but, come on you all know she was perfect for it! Johnny by far made a wonderful performance (as he always does!) Great movie!

AnjaLovesJohnny I LOVE Sweeney Todd too! He was sooooooo amazing I have to say he was nearly as amazing as he played Jack Sparrow. sorry, CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow. I didn't like Mrs. lovett from the beginning. I laughed so hard when he ignored her and killed her. She deserved to die, Sweeney not. I cried sooo hard when he died. I just love Johnny

But then Sweeny Todd died and I cried, hard, Now I hate Toby I want vengance and I melt when I see his Eyes, I want to poke his cheek bones so bad! His voice is like a thousand angels. I shiver just thinking about him course If I met him I would just hug him really tight and never let go.

Casting call for major feature film 'Transcendence' starring Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp is playing the role of Will opposite Rebecca Hall in "Transcendence".

Alcon Entertainment and Syncopy in association with Evolutionary Pictures and Straight Up Films are in production on the epic Warner Bros. Pictures sci-fi thriller feature film "Transcendence" starring Johnny Depp. Shooting will take place in New Mexico beginning mid-July. Two-time Primetime Emmy Award winner and four-time Casting Society of America Artios Award winner John Papsidera has cast the film's starring and co-starring roles in Los Angeles. Now the extras casting director has issued a casting call for all ages and types in New Mexico.
