Well he was really shy around Marcia and Cherry, but if he got to know a girl really well and she treated him well then I think so. Johnny was such a gentlemen though, he would probably be a brilliant boyfriend!

I think he would secretly be in love with a girl that is his friend whom they truly connect both emotionally and spiritually. They would take care of themselves and forget about the rest of the world. It would take him a long time to gain trust from a women (because of the situation with his mom) but eventually he would have someone there for him.
