Jensen:Yeah, he's a bit of a baby. I have to slap his hand away every now and again when he wants to hold mine. He's also a very big baby...I'm 6'1" and he makes me look 5'9". He's 6'5". I tell him i get to slap him whenever I stand on an applebox.

Jensen:And they were pleased with it and went Home that evening and got a phone call, 'Well, there’s this guy Jared Pada... Padasomething and they really are liking him for one of the brothers.' So of course, I look him up online.
Jared:He thought I was hot.
Jensen:This guy is smokin’ hot. I cannot play his brother. And then they sagte they’d like to bring me back into Dean and I was of course very excited.
John Shiban:And the Sekunde thing, honestly, is casting and chemistry. And chemistry is something Du cannot manufacture. These guys have it and they are so great to write for.

Jared:I've been playing Contra, Jensen and I…. Sometimes I'm like, "In my trailer, now!" and he comes in and we spend 25 Minuten and beat Contra. Now we can Bewegen on with the Tag now that we've saved the world from the Contra.

Jared:We have fun on set. There's no... It's remarkable, being two guys from Texas who would probably be going for the same roles, I feel no competition with him. I feel like he's my biggest supporter and I know I'm his biggest supporter.
I am so happy after he just nails a scene. I'm like, "Dude. Rockin'." And he does the same for me and gives me credit where he thinks I deserve it and likewise. But also very constructive with criticism. Like, "Hey, Du have a better one in you. Don't get lazy here oder don't do that here." It's like, "Absolutely." Whereas someone else could say it, especially another actor you're working with, and you're like, "Are Du the director now? oder the writer oder producer oder something?" But coming from him it's like, "Ok, cool."
He knows me, he's seen my Schauspielen Mehr than any other person in this world because I'm Schauspielen with him constantly. And vice versa. I've seen him do hours and hours and hours and hours and hours of acting.
Jensen:I can tell when he's faking a line and it's just something to be able to have that luxury to call each other out on it - to be able to keep each other accountable, essentially - is really cool. I mean, it helps the Zeigen out.

Jensen:[Jared] got himself so upset, and I hadn't seen him get that upset about something, and he was kind of in the corner, just kind of like rocking while they were setting up the light. And I always know to like Du know leave him alone, and he does the same with me.
When Jensen asked him what he was thinking about to get himself worked up, Jared sagte that he was thinking about if someone told him they had to put down his dogs. And he told him that right before Jensen had to do his coverage, so he was thinking about that, and looking at Jared's face - and that's why he got upset too. After they saw the episode,
Jared:turned to him and sagte "Thanks for stealing my scene asshole"

Jared stepped up to Jensen. Jensen stepped up to Jared in return. Jared got up in Jensen’s face. Jensen returned the favor and got right back in Jared’s face. Jensen then explained and proceeded to demonstrate the production crew’s reaction. He jumped back in his chair, looked very wide-eyed, covered his mouth with his hand and did a really loud, exaggerated gasp. He then said, Jared stormed off in the direction of his trailer and slammed the door. Jensen followed suit and stomped off to his trailer.
After a couple of hours he left his trailer, walked over to Jared’s, knocked on the door and they hugged it out.

Jensen:Yes, I'm very shy, but I do my best to work around it. I know it may seem strange for an actor, but Schauspielen is a good way of overcoming this trait. It gives me the opportunity to open up Mehr to others. Also, Jared helps me with this. He has a lot on his plate, poor thing........However, Jared has become a real close friend to me. I was really surprised how close we've become during the Zeigen and it feels as if we already became "real" brothers and as if i'm watching my little brother growing up.

Jared:Not at all. We're really good buddies and that's been probably the best thing about Supernatural. In the last three years of my life, I've spent Mehr time with Jensen Ackles than with any other human being and vice versa. Luckily, we get along really well and we are very similar guys. Jared:I think the reason Jensen and I got along so well was because we didn't really go about bonding....It didn't feel like a blind date. It felt like we were continuing a relationship as opposed to saying, 'All right, we're supposed to hang out with each other...or something.' We just sort of hung out....We just hit it off immediately. There's no rhyme oder reason to what happened.
When we can, we Liebe to go out and have a drink, watch football, oder catch a hockey game now that we're in Canada....whenever we get the chance, we'll hang out, play basketball oder work out oder something... I find that if I don't work out, I have too much energy and I'm kind of annoying"

When told Jensen wants to know why he sweats so much
Jared:Why I sweat so much? Um, knowing that he's always--his eyes are always on me. Desperately wanting, Du ever heard that Better Than Ezra song, Desperately Wanting? He--that crush on me, it makes me kind of awkward. He's always crying, and so I always feel like I should help him out, and I get nervous, Du know, 'cause I'm like, I wanna do something for him, but I don't wanna give him the wrong idea, and just that sort of crazy thought process in my head makes me sweat.
On getting ready in the morning
Jared:Oh, really, oh, is that what he was saying, that I take a long time getting ready. Uh, that's because in the morning, I wake up, and I work out, and I, I, uh, lift weights in my gym, and then I run, I'll run my dogs, oder I'll run on my treadmill oder something. And he basically rolls his little pretty arsch out of bett and gets in the dusche and primps, and he's ready to go. He's in his mirror about forty Minuten before pickup time, making sure he looks good, while I'm pounding the pavement, trying to work out. "Take a long time getting ready," I'm gonna whup his ass.

Q:You and Jensen are really close so is it that much harder to do those scenes where basically Du have to watch Dean get torn apart and whatnot?
Jared:Yeah, we did that yesterday. He sort of talks about his time in Hell and he knocked it out of the park. He did an amazing job, he's a fantastic actor and always impresses me. Just watching him do it - it was his coverage I didn't even have a camera on me - I was just watching him and I started to like, tears were rolling down my cheek and I was going, [fake sniffles and eye wiping] Uh...it's dusty...something flew in my eye.

Jared:We live together in Vancouver. We live in a house. We’re just actually good buddies. It’s not like, “Hey, Du play brothers on screen. As soon as they call ‘Cut,’ you’re, like, fighting each other.” It’s like, he’s a Texas boy, and our girlfriends get along famously. Like, “Fine, go enjoy. We’re going to be watching the Super Bowl and grilling steaks; Du go talk about girl stuff.” It’s fun. It’s like having a brother, it really is. So I’m really excited for him when stuff happens; he’s really excited for me, and ultimately, the better each of us does, really the better it helps both of us. The better his movie does, the Mehr it helps me. The better my movie does, the Mehr it helps him. And so it’s really nice to have a buddy who’s really after Du to do your best.

Who takes longer to get ready in the morning? Jared, of course, was the undisputed answer and Jensen joked that he was going to write a book called Waiting for Jared. When prompted Jensen agrees that Jared is the girl in their relationship. This joke resurfaced later when Jared was trying to get shuffled off the stage for Jensen's alone time and he sort of refused to go, dancing on stage and doing a fake strip tease and generally just annoying the crap out of Jensen.

Some woman and her kid went to stand between the two boys and the little girl took one look at them and ran to hide behind the tabelle that all the photo-printing equipment was on.
Jensen:now you've frightened her
to Jared, who then proceeded to do that really big laugh where he rocks back in his chair and claps his hands a lot. Then Jared gets up to try and comfort the girl but she ducks under the table. So of course Jared then has to ente under the tabelle and just as he goes down, the little girl pops up the other side. Von this point Jensen is killing himself laughing and saying to the bit of Jared sticking out
"now Du made her cry".
Jensen then decides to jump up to the camera and start taking pictures of Jared and the hapless photographer who is trying to untangle the kid from the wires. The girl finally decides to completely run out of the room and Jared sits back down and says to Jensen :
"she probably saw My Bloody Valentine".

Jensen:Yeah ! I know people are surprised about this but there is no fighting on the set and no jealousy between us, we really became brothers. Besides our girlfriends are Friends too so we can hang around together Du know, all the four of us. I think Jared and I will be Friends for life once the series is over

Jared:You know something else he does? He gets over things real easy. I once watched in amazement how he was scolded Von a producer and then simply said: 'Are Du done? Let's go get a bier now.' I am much Mehr of a thinker and really have to take things in and deal with what was said.
Jensen:But on the other hand Du can be like that too. Du are modest and relaxed and also avoid fights. And you're one of those guys who wants to be left alone to do his own thing. You're not that much of a softy.
