These are excerpts from Now Magazine:

Josh, 19, loved working with Jennifer.

'She's one of the most genuine people that I've ever had the pleasure of getting to meet and work with,' he tells us.

'She's beautiful and talented, so it's like a whirlwind of awesomeness and it's hard
to take in all at once.'

Though there was no real-life romance, Josh and Jennifer did form a close bond because they're both from Kentucky.

'I definitely fell in Liebe with her as a friend, for sure,' says Josh.

'We're from the same part of the US and we sort of have the same outlook on life, so we hit
it off right away.

Josh and I teilt, split up to do separate interviews with various entertainment shows and print media. Von the time I am done, the Zeigen is nearly over and Josh is nowhere in sight. My head is beginning to hurt from all the loud Musik and noise and my mood is even worse.

After the show, I find my brother Ben who is visiting me from out of town. I asked him to be my escort for the night. I am glad have my big brother Von my side. Chapter 1.

The Musik is blaring loudly as the presenters for the Best KISS award approach the podium. I can feel my herz beating faster as they begin to name the nominees for this category. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have won the award for three years in a row so I tell myself that my chances of winning the award with Josh are almost slim to none.

When they announce our names, I smile brightly for the cameras. Josh smiles at me and I pat his leg in response. I don’t know why I’m so nervous. After the Academy awards last year, I thought nothing could be Mehr nerve-wracking. Yet...

Chapter 5

The Weiter morning, I have breakfast with my brother, and then see him off when the shuttle comes to pick him up. After he leaves, I crawl back into bett and fall asleep.

Around 10 a.m., I wake up to the sound of my phone beeping. I’m inclined to just lie in bett and ignore it but decide to pick it up off the nightstand. It’s a text message—from Nick. It says, “Just caught the plane to LA.Will see Du soon.” I check to see when the message was sent and the phone says that it was sent to me at 6:30 am. I text him back to see what time he’s coming. He quickly replies, “Morning,...

Chapter 8

After I KISS Josh, he gives me a quizzical look and says, “I’m not convinced.”

So I KISS him again. Then he says, “I’m still not convinced.” I start to get a little annoyed and then I notice that he has a smirk on his face so I decide to play along.

“So…what’s it going to take to convince you?” He leans back in the couch, puts his hand on his chin, and says, “Well, if Du put it that way…” Before he can finish his sentence, I fling a throw kissen at his head.

“Hey,” he exclaims in mock offense. Then he throws the kissen right back at me. I am about to throw...

Chapter 7

After a good cry, I feel a little better. I decide to take a shower. The feeling of warm water on my face and body calms my frazzled nerves and allows me to block out all the painful thoughts that have been running through my head. It feels good to not think for a little while.

The sound of my cell phone beeping on the bathroom countertop brings me back to reality. I shut the water off, take the towel from the rack, and wickeln, wickeln sie it around myself. When I pick up the phone, I see that I’ve received three text messages. The first one is from my brother Ben who tells me that he’s safe...

Chapter 6

I don’t respond to the question. Instead, I suggest that we go home. He nods in agreement.

“I had to see for myself,” Nick quietly says. He looks tired and sad. I want to go over and give him a hug but I know that that would be the wrong thing to do now. Instead, I just stand Von the front door and say, “What do Du mean?”

“Jennifer, I think we’ve known each other long enough to dispense with any pretense,” says Nick with a slight edge to his voice. Then he sits down on the couch and buries his face in his hands. After a moment, he turns, looks at me and says, “So are...

Chapter 4.

When I walk in the door, I see my brother sitting on the schemel, hocker in the küche snacking on some leftover pie. He looks up at me and says, “You look like hell.”

“Thanks,” I reply. I fling myself on the couch and bury my face in my hands. Ben comes over and places his hand on my shoulder and says, “That bad, eh. Personally, I don’t see what either one of them sees in you.” We both laugh.

“Oh God. I’ve made such a mess of things.”

He replies, “Yeah, it sure seems like it. Want a drink?”

I shake my head and say, “I already feel awful enough. The last thing I need...

After the song ends, I pull away from Josh. Wordlessly, we walk off the dance floor and toward the entrance for the after party. As we exit the building, we’re greeted Von a slew of paparazzi. He turns to me and says, “My car is around the block. Follow me.” The paparazzi pursue us as we walk toward his car. They shout out Fragen like “So are Du two officially dating now?” and “Where are Du off to now?” I hide my face as best as I can and pick up my pace. When we reach his car, we jump in and Josh starts the motor and speeds away.

For the first couple of minutes,...
