How do I get rid of Videos from My Nano?

I recorded it with the video camra. I want to Löschen one and add the other to my libary. Does anyone know how to do that?

When Du connect your ipod to iTunes, look on the left side bar and click on the name of your ipod, then go to Filme and Du should be able to check off which Videos Du do & don't want on that ipod :]

Just tried it. The ones I recorded with the ipod don't pop up. Thanks anyway.
