Kutner's Death?

They kind of left it open, but with a feeling it was only a suicide. House tried to explain it as a murder, but he couldn't find evidences for that, so we assume it was only a suicide.

But who knows, maybe it will come back in season 6 and we'll find out it was murder. - it's House, anything is possible! xD [though I doubt it will actually happen...]

Definitely suicide. The murder theory was just House trying to find some logical explanation for Kutner's death.

and because he didn't prevent that(he is house he see everything and he didn't predict that)Besides in the same episode told to Cameron that the murderer of Kutner's parents died two months ago.(House considered him as the main suspect)
