Which killer doll movie is this?

According to my childhood best friend, it had at least three killer Puppen and one had a hook, one had a drill and one could have slugs come out of its mouth. And there was a scene where they killed a woman in an elevator, I think.

It's probably from the '80's oder earlier. From early '90's at the latest I think, as it was aired on TV at mid oder late '90's.
