Persephone16  1a) Favorite OC character? (Hazel Ducharme, Evan Madison, Reyna Gayle, Jonno Stargo, etc) Er…I don’t know! I love them all! I especially liked Hazel and Dakota though, I guess. But they were all great. b) Why? They were just awesome! And you could relate to a lot of them. 2. Which character did the most growing up or changing during the books? Quite a few people really. Leo went through a lot of change and he grew up majorly. Gwen and Lark too. Many characters went through experiences that changed them. That’s another thing I liked about your stories. 3. Top 5 moments in the series? Well, this is difficult. Ummm… 1. Leo and Hazel getting together 2. Percy seeing Bobby’s eyes and remembering it all 3. Percy and Annabeth’s fight with the gorgons(?) 4. The dreams about the “7” 5. Leo defeating Gaia These were just off the top of my head though 4. Did you like the interpretation of the Roman base? I really did! I really liked how you interpreted it and the way you described it. It fit really well and I learned a lot about Roman history too. Plus, you had all kinds of details and extra stuff that made it even better. 5. Favorite epilogue/ an epilogue you didn't like? Uhhh…I liked Gwen’s and Dakota’s and Carmen’s and all of them really! They really interested me and I loved hearing about their later lives. It was also kinda weird, but you get that. 5. Favorite book? (The Son of Neptune, The Rebel Soldier, The Honour in Death, The Fire's Revenge) Either The Rebel Soldier or The Honour in Death. Not quite sure why…they just were. I mean, I loved them all too. 6. One thing you wished I'd had done better? (ANSWER!) -There were a lot of characters and I got confused every new and then (even if I liked them all) -Some of the grammar could use some work…then again, who am I to talk :P -Maybe learning some more about the minor characters so we could get to know them better too, but you actually did a pretty good job with it -The order of things kind of confused me sometimes (hmmm, I seem to get confused a lot) 7. Favorite name of an OC character? -Gwen Madison -Hazel and her father’s nicknames from the circus – Lazeh and Gee -Logan Finnick (was that his name?) -Lark/Melaina 8. Anything cliché or overdone? This is for you to judge. 9. Any Mary-Sue or Gary-Stue? (a character that was too perfect or got everything, obviously favoured, etc?) Again; for you to judge. 10. Highest climax? Uhhh, I’m not good at this. So sorry, but I can’t decide at the moment. 11. Lowest climax? I’m not good at this either…ummm. I don’t know! I found that they were all pretty even and good… 12. Did you like the subplots that re-emerged (the children of the Underworld, the Civil War demigods, Reyna's brothers...) or what there too much going on? Yeah, I did. Very much. 13. Saddest moment? When Hazel died. Was so sad! I mean, it made a good story…but so sad! 14. Happiest/funniest moment? I don’t know. Maybe when they were all together having fun, doing things together, not bothered by war. 15. Biggest shock? Again, Hazel’s death. And the way Leo found and defeated Gaia. And the way Gaia took over Reyna’s brother and Lark’s brother (cannot remember their names at the moment). It was a shocking story, but it made it good. 16. Cutest moment? When Leo and Hazel got together. They are so awesome together!!!! 17. How was the romance? Yeah, I know, I read all the 'aww they're so cute' comments especially about Leo and Hazel, but cute and realistic, likely, touching doesn't mean the same. I know what you mean. Closer to the end(Hazel’s death actually), Leo and Hazel weren’t just cute, they did seem realistic and touching. Percy and Annabeth of course. You did a good job with them. The relationships in the epilogue as well. Overall, you did a really good job with the relationships. They were real and touching, not just sappy and cheesy. 18. How was the action? Good! I enjoyed them fighting the giants and the war in general. And the quests. It was awesome! 19. Shes funny, she has a history, and shes pretty but doesnt think much of it. 2. Top 5 moments in the series? 1.I loved the background from gwen and hazel because they both have a interesting story. 2.When hazel and Leo visited the circus 3.those moments on the boat when they were just hanging out. 4.i pretty much loved the rest 4. Did you like the interpretation of the Roman base? YES! RR's version sucked. a city is original and a camp is lame because they're Romans they don't believe in having fun. People seem to make couples out of the most random people. I liked how it didnt work out between people everyone thought were meant for each other. 18. How was the action? Good. There was the perfect amount of dialogue and narration so i didnt get bored. 19. Random comment you might have for me Ummm...Pie is good? 20. You ready for a Mark of Athena? Im already part through yours but I think you shouldnt have bothered. All of RR's characters are lame and the plot is so predictable, that all of the different versions all blend together. if I had bought SON I would have sold it on ebay. unfortunately i had it on my nook.
