Voldemort kills him, but thats only because Harry has a part of his soul in him. Voldemort doesn't know this(i don't think) But i think Harry gets the choice between whether he gets to stay alive or stay dead. He choses life, obvs. And there you go, :)

Voldemort kill part of his own soul, not Harry's. It is Voldemort who dies, not Harry.

it annoys me where they say harry didnt die, but in a way he did, he was stuck inbetween life and death...thats death in some way...but im glad harry came back too lol

That's why i said that he could either choose life or death. I'm sure that is what Dumbledore said to him, when Harry met him at the train station when he was between the two? And me too, i'm very glad Harry came back.

I said it on your quiz question, I'll say it again here - Harry dies in the same way Buffy Summers dies in season one. Even though she was revived, and dead for a minute, it was still a sufficient reason to call a brand new Slayer. Ergo, Buffy really was dead. The same, I think, can be said for Harry. It's never explicitly stated whether he was dead in those moments or not, but he was definitely unconscious, and I'm willing to bet that he wasn't breathing for at least ten seconds from the force of the hit. Also, as Faith-Rulz pointed out, he was in a weird celestial train station, and I'm sure if he wanted to hop the A-Train, he could have.

Also remember that before he regains consciousness, he had to be still enough for Voldemort to believe that he had been killed. It took Narcissa to get close enough to feel his heartbeat to tell that he was alive. But I'm guessing that his chest wasn't moving a noticeable amount, otherwise Voldemort would have noticed that he was breathing.

Me too :) Basically, Harry dies because Voldemort's soul was a PART of Harry's soul. So, he died, but then decided to live.
