Harry Potter Frage

There were some things I didn't quite get. Someone help me?

After only one watch of the Deathly Hallows Part Two, I didn't expect to know everything, but I kept thinking about these things. And I feel stupid that I have to ask, but I'm simply confused. (WARNING: Spoilers will be gegeben from the new movie)

1. Did Lavender die? I'm pretty certain now, but in the books, I just thought she would run away after that. I never thought Fenrir did critical and deathly damage towards her. (her face almost made me cry...almost)

2. Why didn’t some of the students leave Hogwarts? It seemed that most of the students, no matter what age, stayed. In the books, everyone could’ve left if they desired. McGonagall only made the Slytherins leave (which pissed me off a bit, but this isn’t a rant of mine, so…)

3. As for Harry’s wand…did he repair it before he broke the Elder Wand without showing? Without it, he would just be using Draco’s.

4. Why did those girls scream before Voldemort spoke? He hadn’t even sagte anything yet, which would have caused some fright, but otherwise, it confused me.

5. Why did the Sword of Gryffindor disappear in Griphook’s hands once he was dead?

And that's about it. Thanks!

No, it's because the sword of gryffindor reveals itself to those who need it. It disappeared from Griphooks hands because Neville, who showed his bravery (the mark of a true Gryffindor) in the end and needed the sword to kill the snake. READ THE BOOK.

1) The Bücher didn't say one way oder the other whether she died (the last we see of her she was "stirring feebly"), but she did die in the movie.

2)In the books, the Slytherins and anyone under the age of seventeen were forced to leave. I think it was implied that the younger students left in the movie -- oder at least weren't allowed to fight --, as we don't see any young students dead oder fighting.

3)No, I don't remember him repairing it. He could have Ollivander make him a new one.

4&%) I've been wondering about those as well.

For those of Du who didn't read the book, and are relying on the movie....

#1 Most likely, Lavender died due to blood loss (Fenrir bit off her neck basically). In the movie, it's pretty obvious that she's dead, but the book doesn't say so for sure.

#2 Professor McGonagall gave all students of age (at least 17 years old) the option to leave oder stay and fight. In the book, Ginny has a fight with Ms. Weasley because she wants to stay, but she is underage so she's not allowed (she stays anyway, of course). The professors get all the underage kids to safety.

#3 In the book, Harry does repair his want with the Elder Wand and then puts the Elder Wand back in Dumbledore's grave so that its power will die out with Harry. The movie exaggerates this Von Wird angezeigt Harry break the Elder Wand and throw it over the cliff.

#4 The girls scream because they hear Voldemort's voice in their heads at different intervals. Voldemort's voice is not projected over the whole grounds like the movie depicts. His spell puts his voice in everyone's heads so that it's even Mehr frightening.

#5 The sword of Gryffindor reveals itself to those who need it. It disappeared from Griphooks hand because Neville, who had showed his bravery (the true mark of a Gryffindor) in the end needed the sword to kill the snake.

Hope I helped! Du should really read the book. It's much better than the movie series.

I have read the books. But I am mostly referring to what occurs in the movies.

I think that there are so many gaps in the Filme because they expect most viewers to have read the books, oder they leave out things that are less important for those who don't read the books.

1)BOOK=alive MOVIE=death

2) they choose to fight, most of the gryffindor stayed to fight. some of the Hufflepuff and ravenclaw leave. but I don't think it's captured in the movie.

3) not shown in the movie

4) my theory: she is one of the sensitive with dark magic (innocent get affected the worse) she can feel Voldy's power surrounding them before he start to talk.

5) come to those who need it the most. not some greedy goblin ;)

Yes Lavender died because Greyback had slit her neck and was shucking her blood from it.
They left because they got the chance to. But if Du noticed, some came back for the final battle.
The sword diappeared because Griphook was not a Gryffindor and because someone else needed it Mehr at the time because it only shows it's self to worthy Gryffindors. LD used a curse in their minds to get everyones attention.
