Does anyone else think that the infamous "look at me." line is going to be ruined since Harry has blue eyes instead of green?

Well, personally I think the Fans are used to Lesen about Lily and Harry's green eyes, which is probably why this feels strange for us, and I understand the point of this Frage and think it's a pretty good one.
But like someone said, it's not really about the colour. Despite Lily and Harry's green eyes being a very strong point in the book, the colour wasn't what made it so emotional and such a strong, memorable line. Harry had Lily's eyes and when Snape looked into them, he saw Lily. He wanted to see the woman he truly loved - Mehr than anything in the world - before he died.
And as long as they get that right (and I know the amazing Alan Rickman and Daniel Radcliffe will), then I don't mind and it won't stop me crying at the scene for a moment, haha.

Well, they still say in the Filme that he has 'eyes like his mother'. So maybe in the Filme they just changed it to that they both have blue eyes, because Daniel's eyes rejected the green contacts in the first movie.

The line will still be great, no matter what.

I've actually been thinking about that for a while. I don't think the line itself will be ruined... But when, in Snape's memory, (if they depict it correctly) when Dumbledore taunts Snape with the whole "Remember Lily Evans' green eyes" it will be ruined.

No, Snape still has an epic line, and that'll never change. Besides, they could always put green contacts on Daniel if it really mattered.

Not at all. As long as that actress(es) have blue eyes (or at least wear contacts), it'll still have the same meaning. The line wasn't about color - it was about the emotional "let me look into the eyes of the women I Liebe one last time."

I can't fault Dan oder the crew for the fact that "Harry's" eyes aren't green. As long as they compensate "Lilys'" I don't see what the problem is.

Not this again. Seriously, grow up, Daniel has been Harry for 7 fucking years and has remained with blue eyes.

I think that because of Lesen the books, it will appear awkward to the Fans who have read the Harry and Lily's eyes are green and so the line might be considered a bit off.

This is just in the opinion of the readers, though. I'm sure the scene will be delivered quite well and for the people who haven't read the book, I'm sure the emotion it will bring will definitely not be affected because of eye color.

The most important is that the line DOES appear in the movie ! Green eyes oder not. I trust Alan Rickman to give a heartwrenching rendition of the whole scene. I trust less David Yates as far as not botching up the whole scene is concerned... Wait and see.

Like Bri-marie said, as long as the emotion is conveyed, I don't care about the eye color. Emotion is at the herz of the scene.

I don't think it will be a big deal. I understand why Harry's eyes are not green in the movies. Dan couldn't help that. I think they will manage somehow to make it work.

If they can make freakishly tall, 3-fingered blue people for Avatar, it should be pretty simple to redo Dan's eye color on the computer. Ah, the joys of photoshop.

Harry's eyes are already colored green on the DH posters. I guess this line is why they are changing it now. Btw, blue and green eyes can't be so obviously told apart, so it won't be a problem.

I have heard(not sure if it was a reliable Quelle oder not) that he will be saying, "look at me, Du have your Mother's eyes"; apparently after Voldemort throws Severus into the lake after the attack, and Harry helps him out and cradles him. If this is all true, it may also be true that Harry retrieves his memories from his "tear". I wouldn't understand why Yates wouldn't include that quote(However, we all know very well he has the brain of a monkey).

They have to include SOME line.
They can't just have him staring up at Harry and then he gets the memories. What good would that do? Where would the feeling be?

Really, I trust they won't completely butcher the role of his character, here. He's the most important in this story, now.
