When was the locket Horocrux found in the 6th book if they threw it away while cleaning the Black's house in the 5th Book?

I know the locket was fake in the place Voldemort set up to protect it. And it is believed the locket in the Black's house was one of the Horocruxs. So, when did Harry go back / find the locket?

Mundugus stahl, stola the locket from Kreacher and Umbridge "stole" it from Mundugus!! Umbridge was wearing the locket as neckless and Harry stahl, stola it from her in the Ministry of Magic!! When the Order of the Phoenix was rebuilt it they cleen up all the house and most of the things went to the garbage but Kreacher was "stoling" some things for himselve and the locket was one of those things! it belonged to Arcturus Black and Kreacher really Liebe him!!
