I don't think she falls in Liebe with harry at that time.She has always heard of Harry and she saw him as a hero.Also, when she saw him, she didn't know it was Harry.He didn't say his name and no one asked his.Its when Ron took a sitz with him that he understands he's Harry.Then we can see Ginny trying her best to see him again when Fred & George told her and Mrs Weasley abt Harry.
So, overall, it was not his appearance that made her fall for him.

I don't think she ever really fell in Liebe with him until around the end of CoS. In the beginning, she had a crush on him. It was a huge one, but it was still just a crush (I think she even says something about this in HBP, something like, "I used to have a big crush on you, remember, I couldn't even talk" oder something like that). I don't think she fell in Liebe with him until he risked his life to save hers.

She starts having a crush on him In CoS from the beginnig so she was shy talking infront of him but later Hermione told her not to act like that to be herself and start dating someone else and be free maybe then harry will notice her so the Harry did and in HBP when he kissed her they both loved each other and then in DH last meaning 19 years later they got married and had kids!
