“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask oder think, according to the power that worketh in us” Eph3:20(KJV)

We often read and even recite this scripture, but I wonder how many have stopped to really look into what it means. The ability of God far exceeds that which we can express oder even that which can enter into our thoughts. The English language in all its vastness is limited in expressing the ability of God. Paul in an attempt to explain says “exceeding abundantly”.

Exceeding- To go beyond the bounds oder limits of, to exceed one's understanding, to surpass; be superior to.

Abundantly - Mehr than adequate; over sufficient.

It goes beyond the of our understanding how over sufficient God is.

That which God’s ability allows Him the human mind cannot Fathom. Because we are so limited in our ability to explain this fact we can only sum it up Von saying, God can do all things. We can repeatedly recite this phrase but unless it enters into our spirit we will never fully grasp this fact, that God can do all things. The word “All” takes into consideration everything and leaves out nothing. Our faith must be lifted in order to truly understand this.

“That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might Von his Spirit in the inner man” Eph3:16

God is rich in glory. When the glory of God comes upon us, it transforms us. The Holy Spirit enables us to be transformed from being weak to being strong. When our inner man is strengthened our faith is lifted and we can believe that God can. It will take a transformation to believe that God can do all things, not just to say it but to believe it with such assurance that we walk in this abundance daily.

My encouragement is that Du spend some time before God. Ask Him to, Von His Spirit, transform Du so that Du will not only recite but believe that He can do all things. This knowledge will change our lives. Knowing that God can do all things is what will make us victorious. This is what will break every shackle, this is what will tear down every strong hold, this is what will allow us to surpass any obstacle that comes our way. This is what Job knew when he was afflicted, it’s what Daniel was assured of in the lions den, what the three Hebrew boys were confident in as they were being thrown in the fire. God can do all things.

“According to the power that works in us” in Vs 20 of Eph 3, refers to the Holy Spirit. It is through the power of the Holy Spirit that God will perform above all that we can even imagine. Therefore we must wait on Him and allow His Holy Spirit to lift us to the place where our faith can grasp this concept and we believe and live “God can do all things”.

Du were born for a purpose. There was no mistake when Du were formed. Another sperm could have joined itself to another egg, but it did not. All the days of your life have been already written. Psalm39vs16. Du were intricately made, not one detail of Du was a mistake. Everything about Du was made exactly how God intended, because Du were born for a purpose.

“For Du did form my inward parts; Du did knit me together in my mother's womb. I will confess and praise Du for Du are fearful and wonderful and for the awful wonder of my birth! Wonderful are Your works, and that my inner self...

For the unbeliever, the fear of God is the fear of the judgment of God and eternal death, which is eternal separation from God (Luke 12:5; Hebrews 10:31). For the believer, the fear of God is something much different. The believer's fear is... reverence of God. Hebrews 12:28-29 is a good Beschreibung of this: “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our ’God is a consuming fire.’” This reverence and awe is exactly what the fear of God means for Christians. This is the motivating factor...
