Rachel is usually jealous of Quinn's beauty and because she gets Finn. Quinn can be jealous of Rachel sometimes too. Finn is usually the reason for them not liking each other, but besides him, I don't think they really hate each other as much as they think they do.

i don't think it's really Finn's fault though, they just don't seem to get along in general, i think Quinn find Rachel annoying regardless of who she's with, but i think Finn does want them to be friends. :)
