If he had been honest with Lorelai from the start it wouldn't have been so bad. This was one of the things that annoyed me most about season 6.

I don't think it was April that destroyed Luke and Lorelai as such, but the way they handeled April's coming into their lives. Luke should have been honest from the start and Lorelai should never have hidden her fears. April is a cool kid and could've been great in the show.

i didn't like it at all!!
even though i didn't really like luke and lorelai together because i thought she was too good for him and that he never wore anything nice or that he didn't suit her. i still wanted them to be happy, and April was annoying!! With how fustrating she is, i skip any scenes with her!!!!

It's a love-hate tragedy for me... I think that April destroyed Luke and Lorelai but I loved her character; plus, we saw the softer side of Luke.

April didn't destroy Luke and Lorelai Luke destroyed them by not being up front and honest to her when he found out then when she did find out he just started pushing her away so it was his fault.
