What happens to Jess after he goes to Yale and asks Rory to come to New York with him-after he's told her he loves her?

Rory doesn't go with him and Jess leaves alone to go and work at a company were they Veröffentlichen a couple of Bücher per month. He also writes his own novel and when he comes back to Stars Hollow he shows it to Rory. They go out to speiselokal, diner with Logan. Jess and Logan can't stand eachother and when Jess is about to leave he tells Rory that she shouldn't be with a guy like Logan.

Afther Rory gets a invitation from the company were Jess works, she goes to New York to see what and how Jess is doing. They share a KISS but it doesn't go any further then that.
