My GOT world revolves around Theon Greyjoy.

Not a particular character, really, just many characters.. and also the main SL.

I especially love the Night's Watch storyline and many of its characters, but also Tyrion and some of his storylines, especially him wedding Sansa, being accused of Joffrey's murder and killing Tywin.

Not "a" character but many characters and a lot of the storylines. I love a lot of things in the show and when I love a show it's always like that, that I care about a lot of characters and storylines, it never revolves around one thing for me.

And I also always seem to care a lot more than most for less important characters, everyone is always like only talking about the same main characters in every fandom.

I love certain characters + certain ships but what keeps you at the end is the story. I really believe it. With so many important deaths + the show continues to be successful proves that.
