Courteney is happy with David (at least she seems happy) and they have a beautiful daughter.
I love Matthew and CC too, but as friends. I agree with Chlarkfan, they are really cute in the interviews, but not a cute couple; cute friends :)

Now that David and Courteney are divorced I think Matthew and Courteney would be a great couple, because they spent 10+ years together and really know eachother as friends, and David cheated on Courteney (who would do something like that to a beautiful women and daughter) I don't think Matthew would ever hurt Courteney like that. Thats what I think.
