Fanpop Article: how to spice up your Profil

Du all have probably gone to a fellow fanpopper's Profil and wondered how they made it look to good. Some of us have no idea how to do it. I myself had to asked my amazing girlfriend (link) how she created hers. So, we came up with a great idea to write a how-to article. :D

Du can Upload a pic to tinypic and then link it directly. It can also be animated. :D

Oh, and don't forget Du can add link to Bilder in your Profil information as well. :D (no spaces)

Plus, Du can add msn oder other symbol just in order to put Mehr Zufällig text oder Zitate on it. Du can also use bold, underlined and italic text to make it look Mehr awesome. (no spaces)

The Levels of Fanpopage

I can't control myself!

As I see it there are 3 levels of Fanpopage. In this soapbox I have defined these levels for my entertainment and hopefully yours too.
1. The Sometimes User- These are the users who get on 1-3 times a week mainly just to check messages and a few of their Favorit spots. They don't spend enough time to add a whole lot of content (if any). The Mehr avid users would say, "They just haven't be bitten Von the Fanpop bug yet."
2. The Devoted User- Those users who spend a few hours on Fanpop everyday and add a fair amount of content. And while they are invested in Fanpop, they do have a life other than...

Hey guys i couldn't really find a link oder anything about the Fanpop chat, so this is basically my guide about the functions, a bit about etiquette and a few tips thrown in here and there. I have also researched a Liste of all the meebo emotions and all the different keyboard shortcuts for the users that where asking, hopefully some of Du will find it useful. Du don't need to check everything out, although it appears lengthier than it is, everything is, as always set in to subheadings for those of Du who like to scan Artikel :D, enjoy.

A quick little guide to customizing your poop oot!

What is this pop-out Du speak of?

The pop-out button is on the left side of your screen and provides access to your Favorit Clubs at all times. This way Du don't have to go to your Profil oder use the Suchen to navigate between clubs. HA HA kidding..I know nobody ever uses the search!

May 2011: The pop-out is introduced

By default your poop-out will have your most active Clubs displayed for easy access.

My most active clubs- though I am not a Fan of all of them

Fanpop User's Guide: Reporting

This part of my user's guide covers the reporting mechanism and how to use it to maintain good content on the site. It was last updated on 25 December 2009.

As Du continue to use Fanpop, Du will come across content that is not what it should be in some way. Since Fanpop is largely only as good as the content it contains, it is important to address these issues for the good of the site and the Fanpop community.
