Why do people give Du Requisiten just to leave a message and it has nothing to do with what they gave Du Requisiten for?

For example: girl123(fake name) gave me Requisiten for my videos-"thanks for adding me!"

that totally wasnt me btw...*looks at username* i Löschen Requisiten like that. *votes for cinders answer*
