How do I add a new Forum topic?

There's no such option. I can add anything else but Forum topics. Is there something I can do to make it work? Do I need to get Mehr fans, oder Mehr props, Mehr gold, oder something, oder is it just off for a newbie like me?

It's very simple actually.
Step 1: Click on the Forum section
Step 2: In the oben, nach oben right corner, you'll see an 'Add Forum topic button'. Click it.
Step 3: Now Du have to type in a Titel and information/description etc. about the forum.
Step 4: Click post.

Well, I can give it a try, but the button right Weiter to Add Forum topic is missing from my browser.
