i don't really get how to put a Icon and banner can someone help me?

If Du created the club under the banner on the right hand side there will be an Bearbeiten club button. Click that. At the very bottom there will be a place to Upload a banner and icon.

To put an Icon and banner for your club, look under your current banner and it should say Bearbeiten club. Click Bearbeiten club. Then, scroll down until Du see suggest a banner and icon. There, Du Upload the Foto that Du want to turn into your Icon oder banner. Here's my answer!!

go to Bearbeiten club after Du make it scroll down and you'll see to spots where Du can download a banner and another for your Icon the banner must be 800x100 if anymore of less it won't look very good the Icon Du can be a bit Mehr flexible on standard is 100x100 but i think Du could still have a good one if Du went up to 500x500 they would just Bearbeiten the size themselves to make it look good I hope i helped =)
