well first on your Profil Du should have Clubs and at the oben, nach oben corner Du should have sort Von and Du click on it and find Clubs and when that is done it should say what Clubs Du have and if Du want to un subscibe and Du click yes and yea that is how Du do it

but Du never really Löschen them Du just dont have it as a club on your Profil
If Du realise it's a duplicate oder it's something offensive, Du can Berichten it to the F4. Just click on Berichten Club on the oben, nach oben right, fill in the notes section and select the appropriate reason. It ought to get the club deleted it eventually but it's slow.
If you've just stopped being a Fan of whatever the club is for, though, Du can't Löschen it. Just because Du don't like it any Mehr doesn't mean no one else here will.
