i dont THINK its against the TOS if Du dont abuse it.
plenty of people have two oder Mehr accounts coming from one computer e.g. if a family has one computer but three kids and they all have accounts on fanpop. it used to be that Du couldnt rate if the stuff was Abgeschickt from the same place meaning Du couldnt rate your brothers/sisters/bffs stuff. not sure whats happening with the new fanning system there.
of course we all KNOW that sometimes people have multiple accounts and its actually the same PERSON but Du can imagine the work the f4 would have if they checked oot each and every one of them to see and try to guess if its the same person using each account oder multiple people sharing a computer. also think aboot public computers in libraries and such.
if Du KNOW that it is the same person cause they admit it in comments/ something doesnt add up/ they abuse it to vote on Umfrage etc i would suggest Du
link the accounts stating your concerns in the notes section. chances are nothing will happen immediately but as i explain in my Artikel Du are alerting the f4 to someones behaviour. if they DO abuse it and multiple people keep reporting the same user for the same reason the f4 will probably deal with it accordingly. but they need our help when it comes to reporting. they are busy keeping the site running and what may appear as a clear cut case to Du (e.g. one user on one spot always doing the same thing and its obvious to all other fans) isnt as clear to someone who steps into one Kommentar thread. i see this when people ask on this spot to have someone banned with the help of many: Von the time they ask its an ongoing Debatte aboot justin bieber and everyone is abusing everyone and referencing arguments that happened weeks Vor and SCREAMING AT EACH OTHER TO SHUT THE FUCK UP AND LEAVE THIS SPOT AND JUMP OFF A CLIFF.
in most cases Von that time EVERYONE is sorta guilty and i can understand that the f4 dont just come in a ban people withoot knowing the real story. so keep reporting ABUSIVE behaviour and know that the gods of Fanpop will eventually deal with the trolls.
