Can anyone tell me how to Mitmachen a club?

Du can Mitmachen a club Von becoming a Fan of it Von clicking the little box appearing on the right side of the club that says .(become a Fan ) when it is activated it will say ( Du are a Fan ) oder sth like that . Hope that helped
