Okay, so I've made a desicion. After this story- which will be rather short, I believe- I'm going to continue to write about Abby and Christian, as well as the others, HOWEVER all the stories coming up will be quick one-chapter-ers, unless I decide to make one... longer... ENJOY!!
Well, if Abby was in a TARDIS, the least she could do was explore it. She wandered from room to room, looking through Bücher and at old photos. (A/N: How is she doing this when I just established she's passing through everything? You'll find out!)
When she entered the library, however, she found a bunch of Fotos scattered around the room. Looking down, she found one at her feet, turned over so the back was visible.
Me and Susan, it read.
And so began Abigail Pond's journey through her father's life.
She flicked through eight incarnations of her father before she saw a picture of a tall, bald, big-eared man on the Titanic. She liked him best. He looked like the adventurer she'd always imagined in his mind.
When she picked up the Weiter photo, there was Schreiben in black ink along the bottom edge, in a handwriting much different that she'd seen before. Me and the Doctor, 1777. In the Foto stood the big-eared Doctor and a blonde woman. In the background was General George Washington.
Written on the backs in blocky-looking letters was Me and Rose.
She flipped through a ton of pictures like this, and then...
There was a picture of four people wearing funny paper crowns. Rose, a woman who had to be Rose's mum, a black guy, and... a man, with spiked brown hair, wearing pyjamas and a dressing gown. Behind them was a Weihnachten tree.
Me, Mickey, Rose's mum, and Rose, Weihnachten 2005.
There were Mehr pictures of this Doctor with Rose than before. There was a picture with “Pete” who looked very much like Rose.
Suddenly, there was no Rose. There was a black woman, and a man wearing a long trenchcoat, and a red-headed woman.
And just as suddenly as Rose had gone, she was back. Along with her mum and Mickey and a woman that Abby knew she'd seen in an earlier photo, and the red-head and the black woman and the man in the trench coat.
The caption simply read, My Family.
The last Foto left moved.
“Hello!” Her father jumped into the picture, beaming. He was wearing a fez and his red bowtie, but his jacke was missing. “I'm the Doctor.”
“And I'm Amelia Pond.” Her mum entered as well. “You're not about to leave me out of this, are you?”
“Of course not. You're going to tell our child your full name?”
“Yes. It's from a fairytale, isn't it?” Abby's throat tightened. She'd heard that before.
“Okay! Anyway, when Du find this, Abby-” her herz jumped slightly, that was her- “make sure Du put all the Fotos away, because if Du don't-” Her dad got really close to the camera. “silence will fall.”
She found the Foto album, but stopped putting the pictures away when she heard a CRASH! from the console room.
She jumped up, leaving the Foto album where it sat, and ran upstairs.
Sitting in front of the console, playing with tin soldiers, was Christian. She looked down, realising she'd stepped through his sonic screwdriver.
Christian's head snapped up. “WATCH it, Abby, Du trod on my screwdriver!”
Comments would make my day, especially since the States just got Mehr snow :P
