When Amy was pregnant she was around the Tardis a lot, so her baby was close to the time vortex (as i believe they call it) and exposed to it. That's where Time Lords originated. And I do believe that River Song is Melody Pond, I was the one to call it at my place, woot! Vor mehr als einem Jahr

SPOILER (4 US viewers) : Because she was conceived while the tardis was in the time vortex, her DNA muteted. And she evolved. Apparently the same evolution happend for original time lord but it took billions years. She is a human who evolve the way time lord did because of her exposure to the time vortex. And that's why she can regenerate.I'm not saying I'm buying it but... that's what they said. For me, Jenny was a different. She was Mehr of a clone but the machine was set to create humans. I think the half/half was Mehr a figure of speech meaning that she had the same mutation the time lord did. Which give her some of the time lord's abilities. But I guess we will have to wait and see. Vor mehr als einem Jahr

Time can be rewritten but it's complicated. And as we saw in Father's day, time lords aren't the only one trying to protect the timeline so he can not do anything he wants. Not if he is alone. Look, Du guys. Du cant compare 10th to 11th. They cannot be compared because they belong to a completely different class. It like comparing rock to folk music. It a different category. The Tenth Doctor was lonely and sad in all of his series, cause of the Time War.He Lost his planet. So that takes the right to call him depressed and not funny away from you.
