What is your favourite scene of Doctor Who so far?

That's very difficult but my Favorit scene so far is:

Season 3 episode 2 the scene that Doctor who confronts the callionites (or something like that) and then he gets stabbed Von a voodoo doll XD

This scene from "Let's Kill Hitler". I just Liebe it. Poor Doctor. xD'

The final scenes with the Minotaur in The God Complex as a sad Doctor Who favourite scene. However I do Liebe River Song's outstanding come back! Well. I was on my way to this gay gypsy bar mitzvah for the disabled, when I suddenly thought, "Gosh. The Third Reich's a bit rubbish. I think I'll kill the Führer." Who's with me? :)

When Matt dresses up as a headless Monk in "a good man goes to war." "GIVE EM' HELL DANNY BOY!"

Oh so so many! How to choose just one...I think that I would have to be the scene in 'The Doctor's Wife' their last talking conversation. Beautiful moment...At least for the moment! Thanks. :)

I like a part in the episode 'Midnight' when the Doctor and the weird lady start to say together:
"Rose Tyler, Martha Jones, Donna Noble, Tardis."
And I also like a part from the beginning of 'The Shakespeare Code" when there is a man and says : "This world shall be consumed Von flames!" and then the Doctor says "Global warming". :)
