Plus, it adds to showing the dangers of running away and joining a gang (Which is what being a junkyard dog is the equivalent of) because you'll likely be around some pedophiles. I feel like this one is more uncomfortable because of the expression on Scamp's face. You can tell how uncomfortable he is with this MUCH older dog flirting with him.
