I honestly could not stand Thumbelina's voice...I know Ariel and Thumbelina are voiced by the same woman but Thumbelina's voice was so annoyingly high, especially when she was singing

I think she did a great job on both, because all she does is sing and do the voice on both characters. But I picked Ariel because I've enjoyed her movie a lot better with Jodi's voice than Thumbelina.

Her voice was high in both versions. Unless I'm comparing Ariel in The Little Mermaid series because I think she's high there as well.

^ it sounded high to me too in the series. I love both characters, but I guess because I prefer TLM I chose Ariel...but I always loved Thumbelina and thought she was adorable. Especially in the beginning where she sings "Soon" and when she meets Cornelius.
