Aurora's and her mother was very brief. With Rapunzel's and her mother's, more emotions were explored.

I think I like this better because Rapunzel was kidnapped and they never knew if she was going to come back or not, and after 18 years she was finally back, and it was just really beautiful

No reason wh, it was just longer, and so sweet. I don't even really remember Aurora's reuinion. And we see how much Rapunzel's parents missed her beforehand too.

Aurora's moment was just a quick hug. This one was a loong hug with lots of emotion.

It's so touching! Maybe because they show how her parents miss her, while the only scene in Sleeping Beauty which shown that king Stefan is thinking about his daughter ends up with king Hubert attacking him with a fish - not emotional at all!

I don't know, something about this is so happy and cute :)

If you remember back to the scene before they set off the lantern...her mom and dad just missed her so much. Their emotions spoke louder then words. Also in the beginning when after her birth they were just so happy. And then in this scene her parents just started crying and grabbed her...wonderful:)
