I had to sit there for 5 minutes thinking about this myself.
This is the only one where I can't see there being a "huh?" moment at an aspect of the plot.

The "huh?" moments I can think of are:
PatF: A black woman can't own a restaurant.
Aladdin: Princesses must be married by their 16th birthday.
Snow White: The whole thing pretty much.
Beauty and The Beast: LET'S KILL THE MONSTER, GUYS.
Mulan: Having to sneak into the army because you're female.
Pocahontas: LET'S INVADE THEIR LAND AND STEAL THEIR GOLD, GUYS.
Sleeping Beauty: She'd never ever be able to sneak out or stay in hiding. And Maleficent would have been arrested seeing as her castle isn't exactly conspicuous. Also, that "falling in love" scene would go another way.
Cinderella: Just anyone can dance with the prince and not know he's the prince. Why the fuck didn't she call childline?

Why black women cant own a restorant?

^^She means that in The Princess and teh Frog, the Fenner Brothers pretty much say that because Tiana's black, it's not "right" that she should have a resturant. That wouldn't work in real life. Plenty of black women have reasturants in present day New Orleans.

Anyways, everything unexplainable in this movie can be attributed to the fact that SHE'S A MERMAID. So it cancels out, since it's so unbelievably fantasy that anything is possible.

Guys and Lies

I still go for Princess and the Frog because after it's the closet princess movie to modern times with cars and all,it was the only movie that took place close to this time! So I'm not changing my mind about it!
