He is supposed to be a man of justice he wants to kill all of her culture and purely wants her for lust. Jafar seems to just like the power of holding the princess captive.

At least with Jafar, you could understand his motivations behind wanting Jasmine. Just so he can have power. But with Frollo, you can clearly see it's pure lust. And yes I know it's Disney, but from an adult perspective you can see just how badly he wants her body.
