I can't think of any, but I haven't seen the movie in ages.

Not really...naturally it's a little bit strange that Snow White sings into the well, the prince turns up, vanishes and somehow finds her later, but that's because Snow White is a straightforward fairy tale. All the classic Princess movies are.
If you asks for "flaws" in a broader sense: The movie has way too many filler scenes, the movement of the deers and the horse is not really convincing and the wildlife is entirely america (more than half of the animals shown don't even live in middle Europe).

They put a lot of thought into the movie so I really don't think there are any

How Snow White was so sure someone lived in the cottage? I would definitely believed there hasn't been anyone for a while. Maybe the animals "told" her or was there food, it could reveal dwarfs too.

I do not see any flaws in this movie, except for the fluidity of the animation of some of the characters

I think every movie in the entire world has flaws, even if minor. Granted, I can't think of any for Snow White right this moment, but nothing is completely flawless.
