I think both are very underrated. Snow White is my number 5, she is beautiful, especially that cap where the dwarfs find her sleeping. She is like a porcelain doll!
Rapunzel in 9 on my list, but I do think she is pretty and her beauty is underrated, it's just not my personal taste. There are a lot of moments where I realize that she does look beautiful, but personally I just don't think she looks very pretty. However, there are a few shots when Flynn is talking to her about leaving where I think she looks absolutely STUNNING:
