Ah, feminism and Disney Princess. Such a complicated relationship. Now I'm not an expert, especially being a guy but the topic of feminism in relation to the DPs has always intrigued me. I'm gonna try my hand at ranking the princesses in terms of agency, independence, heroism and other aspects to figure out which one of them is the most feminist. I'm trying to expand my Schreiben skills so this is gonna be teilt, split into three parts, starting with the bottom four.

Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs - Someday My Prince Will Come

This is my Favorit DP Song, it's such a beautiful song despite it's short length, many of the lyrics are lovely and Snow White's voice is so beautiful. This song always makes me emotional everytime I listen...

So a few months ago, I decided to write a short Artikel on who my Favorit princesses were. Well, that wasn't a complete Liste and my explanations weren't very clear so here we go again :)

10. Pocahontas
ok, so I don't really Liebe her as much as I Liebe the other princesses but I still like her. She's so Merida - Legende der Highlands and I admire her strength and courage. I loved her at the beginning of the movie. Before she met John Smith and became really boring...She was such a free spirit, running through the woods and paddling down that river and waterfall without a care in the world. She seemed like such a fun person!...

15. Peter Pan- I find him to be Mehr cute than hot. He reminds me of a little boy and I find that so cute. When I was younger I wanted him to be my boyfriend though. I guess since I'm older I'm into the Mehr manlier men in Disney.

14. Hercules- I don't know what it is.. but I just don't find him all that hot. Sure, he's manly and strong but when he was skinny and weak I prefer him. They made him too strong and his body was weird to me.

13. Flynn- Blame it on the Animation that he's so low on the list.. If he was animated like the rest of the Disney guys I would definitely put him higher. He's...

I'm not strictly doing these in chronological order, it's just a coincidence that I chose Ariel next. Du might think Ariel isn't a Mary Sue because of her obvious flaws that a lot people hate her for, but I think she still could be. Mary Sues can have flaws (hence why that trait doesn't just say "No flaws" and nothing else). So let's see.


Unique traits without contacts oder hair dye- Sort of. Red hair is common enough, but her shade of red definitely isn't. .5
An odd name- Sort of. 'Ariel' is common enough Von mermaid standards, but she's the only one of her siblings with a name not ending...

Since I've been a Fan of this club, I never had been keen on Ariel even though she has a magical movie and she's the only mermaid in the lore. However, The live version of the cartoon that came out in September, 2023 changed everything. But also, keep in mind that I changed and my opinions also have. I have to make up a new Liste of my fav princesses because god- ITS ALL MIXED UP AGAIN! Also, I remember arguing about Ariel's appearance with wavesurf in this club and I told him/her that she was pretty ugly, while my opinions are switched. So, what have I today? As Du can see, I'll be analyzing the song "Reflection" from Disney's Mulan. I made a lyric video for it about a week Vor and realized just how deep the song is! Some people Debatte over this but here's my opinion. Von the way I think all the princesses are feminine, if they weren't they wouldn't be added to the lineup.

1.Tomboy/10.Girly Girl-Pocahontas
In my opinion, she's the most tomboyish. She's the only princess I'd describe as masculine. She climbs trees, she jumps off cliffs and she's very athletic. Pocahontas' playful and mischievious in a boyish way. She prefers to go off playing in the woods rather doing her people's equivalent of housework. The thing is, when Pocahontas does these tomboyish things, she's doing them Von choice. All the rough stuff...

10.Rapunzel
I don't know if it has anything to do with the 3D Animation but I just don't find Rapunzel hot. She looks an 11 Jahr old and she's supposed to be 18. And her face isn't all that great either, her eyes are too freaking large.

9.Snow White
I guess we're not to supposed to find Snow White hot. She is only 14 but she looks a little older than that. Probably because she looks so tall compared to the dwarves. She's too cute and baby like to be hot. I like her...

One aspect about these films that I find really interesting is the kingdoms in which their stories take place, including the buildings and the general surroundings. 20. Part of Your World (Reprise)
This song is quick, simple, but very sweet. It shows Du don't need to have a lot of metaphors and poetic devices to convey what Du want. Ariel expresses her desire to become human so clearly and plainly in this song, just Von the emotion and longing she conveys, and Von just putting it into simple sentences.

We already know that Belle's a bookworm, but what would the other princesses spend hours flipping through, totally Lost to the outside world? Hello, I'm PrueFever, a 32 years old guy from Denmark and a Major Disney Fan! My all-time Favorit Disney Movie is The Little Mermaid, Walt Disney's 28th full-lenght animated classic from 1989. I just Liebe all the characters in the movie, the songs, the score and the animation. Okay so some of Du might have read link. At the time, it seemed to me like there was a group of very intolerant users who would only be offended if I wrote such an article. (Weird, I know, since many people write this Artikel but I still didn't want the tension oder drama.) As I mentioned in its first part that this Artikel is for those princesses who got their wedding in original oder a sequel. I have re-imagined the gowns for all the princesses as honestly, I don't quite like the ones Disney has shown. The dresses lacks the effort as much as they deserve in my opinion. A princess wedding kleid should be thoroughly thought through and designed. Cinderella's and Mulan's are Von far the only wedding dress that actually fits their personality the most, in my opinion.
