They're really milking Frozen for all it's worth, aren't they?

Well, it certainly sounds like they are doing it for monetary gain. :p

It's not surprising that they're trying to get as much out of the franchise as possible, but I too am getting kind of tired of it. I'm not opposed to a Broadway rendition oder even a holiday special, though I am wary of the sequel. Again, it's not surprising that one's being made gegeben Frozen's success, but I am afraid it won't be a solid story. I think the first ended on a perfect note, so I don't know where exactly they can take it. I am glad the original directors are returning though.
Some of their efforts, like these Lego shorts, seem really unnecessary and lazy, like no creativity oder passion's being put in. I haven't seen them yet so I can't say for certain, but that's just my impression. At least with a musical, TV special and of course a sequel, Du can expect SOME effort and style. If they're going to milch the Frozen brand, at least make the efforts seem like they're worth the time.
