Dragonclaws Technically, just happening to live through an attempt on your life as a baby when your mother dies to protect you and her love seeps into your skin to protect you from psychopaths isn't actually doing anything either.

MaryVictoria Perhaps but it's still funny, also when you consider just how many times Harry survives countless attempts on his life he does quite a lot. And he didn't just happen to live through a killing curse when his mother's love protects him. It is BECAUSE of his mothers love. To suggest he just happened to survive makes it sound like a coincidence. There was a very clear connection.
